Write Here Write Now is a new creative writing workshop at Erskine Arts led by local author and journalist Ailsa Gillies. With a background spanning journalism, media and storytelling from BBC Scotland to Discovery Music Scotland, Ails brings a passion for connection, creativity and community to every session. Each week offers a fresh focus, from poetry and journaling to culture writing, storytelling and
media, all in an imaginative, supportive space with tea, cake and conversation. Whether you're new to writing or refining your craft, Write Here Write Now is your invitation to explore your voice, spark ideas and let your creativity flourish.

Class Info

This class will be FREE for the first 4 sessions. We will be trying to secure funding to allow us to continue the class free of charge, but if this doesn't happen the class will have a charge of £20pcm. We will make sure everyone involved is kept up-to-date on this and we won't allow cost to be a barrier to being involved regardless of what happens!
